I switched over to OrderYOYO it went better than I expected. There were a couple of small hiccups along the way, which I obviously didn’t love, but support got them sorted quickly so I could get back to focusing on my orders.

The platform is actually simple to get around. The menus and orders are clear, and it only took me a few minutes to find what I needed. Shocking, I know, a site that doesn’t make you question all your life choices.

Orderyoyo made it really simple to customise things for my shop. I could adjust the menu layout, buttons, and a few little details without it turning into a big job. I asked for a couple of tweaks and they got them sorted quickly, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. It’s just nice when something works the way you want it to
"Much smoother than our old setup"
We connected orderyoyo with our POS it’s been a lot smoother than what we were doing before. Orders now come straight through, so we’re not stuck typing everything in twice like we used to. There was one small issue at the beginning, but support sorted it out quickly. Compared to our old process, busy hours feel way less stressful now.

"Clear pricing, which I appreciated"
I was actually relieved that orderyoyo was upfront about the pricing from the start. No random extra fees popped up later, and everything was laid out in a way that was easy to understand before we agreed to anything. I’m usually skeptical with customer service teams because I’ve had plenty of experiences where they dodge the real cost or make you ask over and over, so this felt a lot safer. So far, I’m happy with it.

I spoke with someone from the OrderYOYO sales team it was a really good experience!! He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and didn’t come across pushy at all. It felt professional but still super easy and relaxed to talk to. Overall, I was really happy with how it went!!

"Easy to Use and Reliable"
I’ve been using Orderyoyo for payments and it’s been really straightforward so far. Card payments go through without any hassle, and the payouts have been arriving when expected. I haven’t had any real issues up to now, so I’m happy with it and would casually recommend it to anyone looking for a simple payment setup.

Onboarding with orderyoyo went smoothly for us. The training was easy to follow, and the person helping us took the time to answer all of our little questions without making us feel rushed. It did take a bit of time to get used to the system, but after the session, everything started to make a lot more sense. So far, it feels like a good start...

OrderYOYO has made our delivery flow a lot easier to manage. The orders come through clearly, the driver info is simple to follow, and we’ve had fewer mix-ups than we used to. It might sound like a small thing, but when the day gets busy, having a smoother system really changes the mood of the whole team. So far, we’re happy with it

"Pretty much everything we need"
We’ve been using OrderYoyo for our takeaway and it’s got more than I expected. Orders, payments, menu edits, offers, customer messages, all in one place. Took a little clicking around at first, but it’s easy now. Nice not juggling separate tools for basic stuff.

I went in thinking it would be a quick and easy experience, but i ended up feeling stuck. It was harder to leave than I expected, and the whole situation felt a bit frustrating. I just wish things had been smoother and less stressful.

"Definitely brought in more orders"
We started using OrderYOYO mainly because we needed help with marketing, it has helped. More people seem to find our takeaway online now, which was one of the big things for us. The setup wasn’t a hassle either, which I appreciated because we’re already busy enough most days. The texts and emails they send out do seem to get customers coming back, and we’ve noticed a few more repeat orders since starting. It’s not like every single day is suddenly amazing, and there are still slow days, but overall it’s made a difference. We didn’t have to do loads ourselves, which is probably the best part. More orders, less chasing around trying to market everything on our own

I’ve had the orders glitch out on me a few times, so it don’t always feel super dependable. When it works it’s fine, but yeah, I wouldn’t say it’s totally reliable

"Feels like we’ve got our own brand back"
We run a small takeaway, orderYOYO has been a really solid move for us. Customers order through our own website and app instead of some huge platform, which, you know, I’m being very calm about, but it does feel great seeing our name front and centre again.
The setup was fairly smooth, and whenever we’ve needed small changes, support has usually sorted things quickly. It’s just nice not feeling like we’re quietly handing our regular customers over to someone else. No big deal, obviously, but we’re very happy with it so far.
